The two biggest selling points for me when it comes to Lush products are (1) The scent and (2) the fun/unique factor. While this Heart of Enlightened Expectation bubble bar melt smells incredible in-store, I felt like it lost some of its potency in the bath. I hate this because there is nothing more shockingly dizzying than a scent-infused Lush bath. So, I couldn’t help but feel let down by this one.
However, I will say after getting out of the bath I could smell this bubble bar on my skin. So, it isn’t like it totally failed in this department, I think I just had high expectations. I mean the appearance alone is totally gorgeous, isn’t it? It took me in the moment I saw it in the store.
So would I buy it again? Maybe I would. Ok, I take that back. For the $8.95 it costs, and since I split this bubble bar melt in half to get two uses out of it, I would. But the problem is there are some more intensely scented baths you can get from their other bubble bar melts.
But again, it is still a lovely experience anyway. The orange waters, the plethora of bubbles, and the subtle scent is better than most bath products out there can give. Maybe I’m just a super spoiled Lush brat.
Anyway, let me know what you think!
